The Smokehouse features a handmade BBQ and Ironbrand Smoker, fueled by sustainable local logs and charcoal, ready to grill and smoke a selection of native breeds and the finest produce from Dorset and Hampshire

Head Chef Luke Jefford brings his passion commitment to sustainability to The Smokehouse. With accolades from Michelin and BH Stars, Luke is set to transform the dining experience at Chaplin’s.

Between January and March our Smokehouse is being used specifically to produce our new BBQ Sunday Roast menu
