The Smokehouse features a handmade BBQ and Ironbrand Smoker, fueled by sustainable local logs and charcoal, ready to grill and smoke a selection of native breeds and the finest produce from Dorset and Hampshire

Between January and May our Smokehouse is being used specifically to produce our new BBQ Sunday Roast menu. An incredibly unique offering to Dorset.
